  • Monday – Endurance: Build aerobic capacity with smooth, sustained effort
  • Tuesday – Build: Develop lower body strength, control and stability
  • Wednesday – Threshold: Train hard, repeatable efforts to improve performance under fatigue
  • Thursday – Upper Body Strength: Develop upper body strength, control and stability
  • Friday and Saturday – Capacity: Build strength and conditioning under fatigue through high-energy, hybrid-style sessions

Every session is part of a bigger plan, combining coaching, structure, and progression to help you build long-term results – not just short term faitgue.

With expert guidance and a clearly defined training week, you’ll train with intent, improve consistently, and get more out of every session.
