Mat Pilates at The Mill is a 50–55 minute, low-impact session focused on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing mobility through controlled, floor-based movements.

Using just a mat—sometimes with small props like resistance bands or balls—you’ll move through exercises like the Hundred, Roll-Up, and Leg Circles, all designed to activate deep stabilising muscles and improve full-body control.

Classes range from slow and technical to more dynamic flows, making it accessible for all levels while still delivering a serious challenge.
