The gym floor is 1,200m² and includes free weights, machines, racks, platforms, an indoor turf area, a 120m² mezzanine, and an outdoor zone with a 40m sprint track..
The Mill partners with PLAE for premium flooring and rack systems, and Technogym for cardio and smart training equipment.
Yes — there’s a dedicated Group Cycle room, a group training room where we run The Mill Method, and a mezzanine space suitable for solo or group training. Space hire with our PT team is also available for groups wanting private training sessions.
Yes, The Mill has a 20-person conference/seminar space available on site with access to full kitchen facilities and the option to transfer out to the mezzanine floor.
For gym-only membership, minimum age is 16 years old. For recovery memberships (3.0 and 4.0) the minimum is 18 years old.
