Frequently Asked Questions
The 3.0 and 4.0 membership tiers include access to two traditional outdoor saunas, two cold plunge pools, the bespoke recovery room with infrared saunas, Hyperice stack and Normatec compression therapy.
Pool one is set at 5–6°C, and pool two is set at 14–16°C, allowing you to choose your level of intensity.
3.0 and 4.0 day passes include a towel for use in the saunas and showers. Towels are also available for hire or purchase at reception.
