  • Gym floor & training areas – 1,200m² of free weights, machines, racks and platforms, plus indoor turf and functional training areas ideal for conditioning work and speed sessions. Everything you’d expect (and more…) from a top-tier facility back home. Accessible on all our day and week passes.
  • Group classes – Whether you’re looking for endurance, interval, or strength sessions, The Mill Queenstown offers a range of group classes that are easy to drop into. A great way to get a quality workout without having to think too hard about programming. We also offer group cycle classes for a high-energy, data-driven ride. Accessible on 2.0 or 4.0 day and week passes. 
  • Recovery – Enjoy our indoor and outdoor recovery areas, with traditional and infrared saunas, cold plunge pools, Normatec compression boots, and much more. After a big day on the slopes, there’s no better place to reset, recharge, and come back stronger tomorrow. Accessible on our 3.0 and 4.0 day and week passes.
